Hawaiian Shirt Card or Treat Holder

Tropical shirt card Trop shirt insdie

We are making this card in club this month! Isn't it cute? I'm using it for an Anniversary card for my husband (shhhhh, don't tell) We went to Hawaii on our honeymoon so this one is definitely a good one for him. I've included a video on how to make the card and then how to turn it easily into a treat holder that stands up (I can't believe that yummy cookie hasn't been eaten yet! LOL)

Thanks to Connie Babbert for the idea of the treat holder and to Tracy Moore for showing me this Shirt card idea 7 years ago at one of our downline meetings. Just to show you some things never go out of style!

Good day! Would you mind if I share your blog with my facebook group? There's a lot of folks that I think would really enjoy your content. Please let me know. Many thanks

Too funny! I was in a paper store in Portland, Oregon in mid-June and saw the paper instructions for making this shirt; they actually used origami paper, but it is much more expensive and not nearly as resilient as Stampin'Up paper/cardstock. Thanx, Dania for showing us how easy it is to make it either as a card or as a treat-holder....PS treat could be a gift card just as easily as a cookie:-D

Awesome Job, Dania!
See you in July?
